- Please be aware that you will be receiving two bills
- One from your surgeon for his services
- One from Eye Health Associates for the facility fee
INSURANCE
- You can call your insurance company to ask what your financial responsibility is for an Ambulatory Surgery Center visit
PAYMENTS
- We accept Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
