COVID-19 INFORMATION

At Eye Health Surgery Center the safety of our patients is always our first concern. In light of our current COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented additional steps to keep both patients and staff safe. As always, we are following the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), NYS Department of Health and Erie County Department of Health.

We will be screening patients for signs and symptoms of coronavirus multiple times; first during reminder phone calls, and again upon arrival. You will also have your temperature taken upon arrival to the facility. We are restricting access to our facility to patients only. We ask that you wear your mask while in the facility, practice hand sanitizing, and we will practice social distancing as we are able, while still providing you care. We look forward to seeing you!
